To request changes or new listings:

Request additions and changes by email to the Website administrator (listed above). Only your name is required: address, phone, fax, cell, email, and digital photographs (so you can be recognized easily at meetings) can be included, in any desired combination.

You should try to balance privacy and accessibility. Once someone gets information from the Web, it’s too late to stop it from being passed on.

Email addresses listed here are scrambled to protect against “harvesting” by spammers and other low forms of life. A browser must run a script to obtain the address. (Harvesting software doesn’t run scripts.) If a browser doesn’t allow scripts, clicking the link sends it to a form, which can be filled out to ask the site administrator to relay a message. These measures offer some protection, but for posting on the Web, it’s advisable to use only an email address you are prepared to throw away and replace.

You can request a preset label for the subject line of emails sent from here, but the sender can override it. The link to the site administrator illustrates this feature.
